How to play

Look at the camera and open your mouth — that's one flap. Close it and open it again for the next one. The trigger uses MediaPipe's jawOpen blendshape with hysteresis: a flap fires when your jaw opens past the threshold and won't re-arm until it closes again, so holding your mouth open just makes you look silly without keeping the bird up.

The mouth meter in the bottom-left shows how the tracker reads your jaw in real time — fill it to the line and the bird flaps. Gaps narrow as your score climbs. Your best score stays in localStorage on your device.

Privacy

This game reads 52 facial expression coefficients locally — it never stores or transmits your face. The camera turns on only after you click start, and the light goes off the moment you hit stop camera or leave the page. Frames are processed by a WASM model served from this site — nothing is uploaded, no account, no tracking of any kind on your input. Verify it yourself: open DevTools → Network while playing and watch nothing leave.

Requirements

A webcam and a reasonably recent browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari 16+). The tracker prefers your GPU and falls back to CPU. First load fetches ~14 MB of model + WASM once, then it's cached.
